The cost of private drug, dental, vision, hospital, medical and travel insurance may be claimed through your health spending account.  If you purchase your insurance through Benefits Interface then we receive the information directly from the insurer and process your claims automatically.  If you purchase directly or through another broker then submit your claims as you would any other expense.

Guaranteed Issue Health Insurance (no medical questions)

Employees who join a health spending account within 60 days of having health insurance may purchase health insurance (without answering any medical questions) costing approximately $200 monthly per person.  This coverage is most appropriate for an employee or spouse with high drug claims since the premiums are recouped through drug claims and rest of the coverage is a bonus.  Coverage includes $2,200/yr drugs, $800/yr dental (increasing to $1,000 year 2 and $1,500 year 3), $600/yr for chiropractic, massage, etc. , $250/2yrs vision, $250/yr orthotics, $600/4yrs hearing, $3,000/yr homecare, semi-private hospital plus other coverages.  For more details visit

High Deductible Health Insurance
